Christelle's Great Service!

I would like to compliment Christelle Wagner who has just assisted me today to get my Home Loan Statement that I never received when it was sent in September this year.

The call took 38 minutes in total, the email she sent to me did not come through successfully the first or second tries and Christelle persevered until I received the mail. She was at all times polite and apologetic about the delay, her manner was friendly and courteous, she was a pleasure to deal with and should be commended for her efforts.
