Choose another bank, here's why...

Very friendly staff, but no one has a clue what they are doing. Training is a huge issue here. My extra little savings account was siphoned, I eventually got an SMS saying that I owe money. When I went to the bank to find out who had been *****ing from my savings account, it turns out it was the bank themselves. They changed my account charges without my knowledge and over a period of 2 years cleaned out my account.

I wish that was the worst part, closing the account was an absolute nightmare, it took 3 trips to the bank and I had to pay in money to close it. Each person that I spoke to gave me different information, the first was convinced they could get the money back that was siphoned, the second did nothing at all and the third told me that she doesn't know why the first lady said what she did because it wont be possible.

They wanted to find and blame the poor person that helped me with the account years ago, when that lady was particularly helpful and accommodating. She was not the problem, The rest of the bank is.

I now received an SMS this morning saying that the account is still not closed and I need to pay a deposit again, this is after I was assured that it was closed days ago.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and choose another bank. These guys wont keep your money safe.
