Choose a bank other than Nedbank for a credit card, please!

The online credit card application process at Nedbank is absolutely atrocious. It has taken over a month to process my application with the justification being that “credit checks take long ma’am”. Moreover, there is not a single agent that can tell me how far in the process my application.
