Chlarissa Hoffman Worst Team Leader at Nedbank

For weeks now I have been trying to get monies owed to me after cancelling my credit card from Nedbank. I get to deal with *********** call centre agents who are uninformed, do not know their ow processes and a team leader Chlarissa Hoffman (***) that does not contact me because according to her, my mobile number does not work. If you follow-up via email, you get out of office replies.

So Nedbank - I vote you the worst financial service provider I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
