Cheque Card Collection Nightmare

<p>I recently changed to Nedbank and opened a cheque account. As with most banks, it gets delivered to the branch and you need to return to collect it. I must say, I am beginning to think that I made a mistake because I sat 40 minutes, just waiting there.... This"queue system" of them doesn't work... Spend some time at Capitec and then you will see a working system. It was terrible. Your waiting time. The staff was terrible to say the least</p>
