Cheque account still active after request to close.

With all due respect and without getting anyone into trouble i would like to resolve the below matter that i feel was not properly handled.

i have a cheque account with Nedbank. they debit R280 every month for admin fee. on the 28/04/2022 i send an email after a dispute i had with Nedbank for a debit of R795 on my account, apparently for a few ATM money withdrawals i made.

The query was not satisfactory resolve and i subsequently asked for this Account to be cancelled/closed.

It is June now and i am constantly harassed with SMS that my account is on a Minus i must make payment immediately. Please i have never used that account ever since and i dont understand why you continue to charger me monthly admin fee.

I am not going to be liable for those fees and please cancel this account NOW.
