<p>Hi</p> <p>I had a nedbank account with overdraft of R14000, then I got and reached mutual separation agreement with my employer as I wanted to focus on my health. Then sent their lawyer to contact me, and they requested for sick and unemployed documents which were forwarded to them. Today their lawyer contacts me on whatsapp with summons, court and judgement stories which was never mentioned before. How will I be certain that I'm chatting with attorneys? Since it is a legal matter I never knew that attorneys chat with defendants.
