my called the insurance to come fix the ceiling , a few weeks later the ceiling was falling off, no wait first the colour was wrong then the ceiciling is falling- she has called numerous times and was first told that someone will come and check it out - only to be told that someone was on the roof , how?? 10 calls later , numerous different explainations , my moms ceiling is still not fixed - R500 ON INSURANCCE THAT USES CHEAP MATERIAL -PLEASE CALL PENNY ***
