Chat consultants left me waiting

There's a R150 charge on my daughter's account for a debit card replacement that I know nothing of. Contacted customer service via Chat and connect with 2 consultant. 1st consultant was Bongeka who asked me to wait, 13 minutes later the chat was ended for no reason. 2nd consultant was Nosipho who also did the same. I want this charge reversed.
