Charging R250 to get my own money back !?!?! Nedbank

Charging me R250 to reverse an eft. This quick payment option in the new app is such a huge risk. Tried to transfer money to my Dad via eft went to double check the recipient and boom it jumps to my 1st recipient and boom when I press pay the payment is made without me checking again. Bye nedbank, i spoke to 3 consultants and I have been with Nedbank since the start so its a sad goodbye from me if this transition doesnt go over smoothly.
