Charged twice for maintainance fee

Nedbank has been charging me twice the amount of maintanance fee , they charged me on the 15th then on the 28, every year they charge me service fee which i dont understand on top of the maintannce fee, few months ago i did the sendimali and charged me R100 instead of R10, i aked them about it but no one was able to help. I had enough of this bank now.
