Charged twice

<p>Firstly after been on the phone for over 30 minutes im still trying to get the call center person to understand my query and IM STILL ON HOLD! I did a transaction on the 30/09/2016 to World Sport Betting, the first transaction failed the second was went through. I log onto my internet banking and i see both transaction went through. Please can you sort this out!!! I did a transaction with Avis car hire on July 17 or 18(R1250) deposited which would be returned to me once I returned the car. Please can you confirm that was returned</p>
