Charged to download statement

I complained to clientservices at Nedbank on 3 September and have not received feedback. I downloaded a current account statement older than 3 months from online banking website as I was sick and had to pay R10. My creditcard statement gets emailed to me every month free of charge, but not my current account. Crazy
