Charged SASWITCH ATM withdrawal fees during Covid 19 lockdown

Billed ZAR60. 00 for SASWITCH withdrawal during Lockdown I've in May found myself in a dilemma whereby both Ridgeway Spar and Ridgeway Shoprite Nedbank ATMs did not allow me to withdraw the amount of ZAR3000 that I required By the way, this is both my closest ATMs as I cannot be found driving around during this period for no essential reasons Nedbank has reassured us ax their clients, that during the Lockdown, there will be no chargeable fees for any withdrawals including SASWITCH, to my SHOCK, Nedbank has charged me ZAR60 for a SASWITCH transaction. I will be reporting this matter to Nedbank CEO Mr Dion Brown and the office of Cyril Ramaphosa South African Banks Association
