Charged R1500 for insurance I never signed up for

Nedbank sent an sms last night confirming that we signed up for insurance on our home loan. We did NOT sign up for any insurance. We already have insurance that we've provided proof of. They charged us an extra R1500. You need to reverse this immediately plus remove this charge.
