Charged Interests when I did not missed the payment.

Dear hellopeter followers, Here I would like to share my experience with Nedbank South africa, I am a Nedbank credit card holder and I always pay my balances on time and Nedbank can also see the same. What I did not like in Nedbank is they dont do payment reminder smss or email on or before one day of due date, I think reason for that is Nedbank just want to charge the Interests to their customers. I have other bank credit cards also and I always get reminders on the due date. In my case, due to payment due date being weekend, Nedbank didnt get my payment on the due date and for that they have charged me interest which unfair to customers like me. I am nedbank account holder for last 20 years and I never missed my payments.
