Charged for Nedbank's faults
I made a withdrawal at Nedbank Modi Mall (Modimolle) on Friday 30 August. The card couldn't issue out my card, and displayed an error message suggesting the glitch was a bank related error. I went inside to get my card (Nedbank debit card), but the lady who assisted me said she can't give me the card, although she found it. I was forced to get a new card and was charged R135 for the card. Was also charged R15 x 2, both named "Counter Statement Fee". Now, why are we expected to pay for the errors we are not responsible for?
