Charged for "Instant Payment",yet money DOES NOT reflect almost 24 Hrs. later!

Yesterday (Wed,30/12/20,at around H11:00 or so) I made an EFT from my Nedbank Savings Account to FNB,& marked it as an "Instant Payment". It's now almost 24 Hours later,& the money still DOES NOT reflect in the FNB Account. (It was supposed to reflect in the other Account within 30 minutes). Yet I have been charged a fee of R49 for the "Instant Payment". Absolute waste of money! I need that R49 fee reversed,because clearly,I DID NOT receive the service for which I paid.
