Charged for a blank piece of paper!

On 2 December 2017 I phoned Nedbank client services to request a 3 month statement on my savings account. The last statement I had received was dated in May 2017. The customer care agent took the details of the relevant account and promised to e-mail me a 3 month statement. On receipt of his e-mail on opening the attachment, to my utter dismay I had simply been sent a full blank page with my A/C number and it said STATEMENT 0000 UNAVAILABLE. I have been charged R50 (IDATA3Month Statement) for getting a lovely blank piece of paper. the following day I went into my local Nedbank Mall @ Carnival and raised this with the relevant person, who opened a Case Number ********** 5. she promised that it would be resolved as I had been charged R50 Plus VAT for a blank piece of paper. Up to today's date, this amount has still not been reversed on my account. I feel this is totally unacceptable and I should not be charged anything as all I got was a nice piece of blank paper.
