Changing debit order dates without consent

Constantly Changing my debit order dates to before I am even paid! Seriously ridiculous! I've called MFC and spoke with a rude as hell man who made no note and then proceeded to change the debit order dates to the 23rd of each month! How is that allowed? Bunch of bullies and ******* who are employed by Nedbank and MFC
