change of Interest rate
i have app**** for a personal loan at maponya mall (nedbank) and the consultant told me that my interest rate is 17.80% i singed the quotation at the branch they did not say my application is pending and after few days they Mpho calls me to tell me that my interest rate has increase to 22.20, if my application was pending why did they make me sign a quotation with the lower interest rate. i am really disappointed with NEDBANK.
