Change debit order date without informing me

this is the second time nedbank personal loans change the debit order date without informing me, i only get paid on the end of the month but, nedbank deduct the debit order on any date.<br> <br> In december they deduct my debit order on the 15 and today 24 March, but the signed contract stipulated the 25 of each month.<br> <br> When i phoned to change the debit order date i was informed that it could not be done, but yet NEDBANK CAN CHANGE THE DEBIT ORDER DATES WITHOUT CONSENT, i will report this to the ombudsman because i really think it is uneffical and they did not inform me at all, you can change your contact details until you are blue in the face the simply dont update their systems.<br> <br> I need to know what to do this is very frustrating as i did not get paid yet and debit order whent off from my account
