Cery rude male consultants!

Nedbank has the worst male call centre consultants! They are so depressed and rude over the phone. I just spoke to a Andile and he was so rude, i couldn't hear him clearly and im assuming because if the network, obviously! And i called out saying hello? Can you hear me, trying to explain that im having network issues, and his response to me was "im here, TALK!! He blatantly was ignoring my answers to his questions because he kept asking the damn question. This is not the first speaking to a male NEDBANK call centre consultant and being left infuriated! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENTS CISTOMER SERVICE!!!!
