Celeston Great Service

I would like to commend Celeston from Nedbank on his out standing service, after sending emails and not getting a response, I phoned and also complaint in regards to this matter. When speaking to Celeston he never received the emails, while on the phone he emailed me I rep**** and the emails went through. Over the weekend I received feedback from Gmail, some serve issue occurred. After all this Celeston stayed calm assisted me and sorted me out. Than you and well done, I thank you, and my apologies for the wrongful compliant.
