CCD Courier for Nedbank cards thinks their special

Since when do we collect our cards at the police station? Please explain to me, Nedbank. Why is there an option for home and branch on your app when I still have to go to the police station using my time, gas or catching a ride so I can collect my card? With whose money? Why are you using courier companies that are not providing the service we pay for? CCD Courier has still not delivered my card till today because I refuse to go to the police station. They are not the only company that delivers in my area. Many big companies deliver every day, delivering more valuable things without hassle. I will not stand to be insulted by a courier company that seems to be thinking they are doing me a favour by delivering my card when I pay for the service. I hope a solution of door to door delivery is app**** going forward or Nedbank changes the courier company. This complain is not for me only. Other areas receive their parcels at the door. Either you change this courier company to not deliver to where I stay, or they make arrangements like other companies to deliver to our houses. There is no way I will go collect my card at the police station, and I want it delivered to my house as stated by them when I received the call and Nedbank on the app. I'm expecting my card to be delivered by Monday, since I was supposed to have it last week. I have received confirmation SMSes that my card is ready for delivery. I'm not happy with their services at all, because it seems we are being taken advantage of. A solution needs to be implemented asap
