ccassessments is a joke

I received an sms asking me if I want to increase my credit limit on my CC...I rep**** with YES...shortly after Nedbank phones me and tells me that I qualify...all I need to do is mail 3 month bank statements to them and so I did...after a week I phoned to ask what is going on? I was told that it's being processed...so I waited another few days and phoned again only for them to tell me there is a problem with the documentation I sent them...fine...no problem...so I resent the documents and waited another few days and ended up phoning again only to get the same answer...fine...no problem...so I sent 3 month payslips and put my ID numbers on all papers and in the subject line of the mail...it's bee another week and no answer...weird that the bank sms's me and asks me if I want to get more credit...even weirder that I have to lick ass for 3 weeks to get an answer...what a great bank
