Cashbuild material loan

I came to apply for a loan for building material at cashbuild. After I was told to wait, I'll recieve tofification once loan has been approved, But I never recieved any and shockingly my account was depicted , and when I went to the bank I was told its the loan I made at cashbuild. when I got to cashbuild, the lady told me I will have to wait for days before I recieve the money back and they can still possibly debit my account again.
