Cash withdrawal dispute

I have an account with Nedbank and I’ve been using it for quiet some months.

On the 28 of December 2023 , I withdrew a cash of R8000 and never received any money. I called the bank immediately and they promised that I will receive it within 24 hours , I waited and later told that my inquiry has been declined. I made a follow up the manager told me that she will do her own investigation and check the camera again I was patient.

Yesterday I called as this has been over a month with no response, she told me she is still waiting for camera.

I’m very disappointed at this bank that at this point the case has not been resolved yet and my money is not available.
