Cash Withdrawal at ATM

I tried withdrawing funds from an atm and the funds were not dispensed by the atm but the funds were reflecting as withdrawn on my bank statement. I logged a query at a Nedbank branch and to date I have not been assisted and have lost R10000.00 and the consultant consistently advises she will call me but never does. It is 6 months now...
