Cash vs Credit card collection?

Good morning <br> <br> I entered the Heidelburg branch of Nedbank just after 10:21<br> <br> The bank was very confusing<br> A lady with a tablet helped me, very nice, she asked what I was in the bank for and I responded to pick up my new credit cards. I received a slip no. C 005.<br> <br> I then sat waiting while more then 70 people with T 076 ext were served before me. In the hour and a half I was in the bank no C's were called before me. So what I learnt in the bank is T = Teller = cash withdrawal / deposit. C = collection of credit cards.<br> <br> Now I want to know why it takes a teller 5 minutes to issue me with my new cards. But I have to wait for the same teller to see countless people in front of me.<br> <br> Is it just me or does the bank think people drawing money / depositing money are more important then a lady picking up her new credit card in a mall, ready to shop with those cards?<br> <br> Why after I received my cards did I then get shunted again - I asked to be helped with figuring out which cards I should use and which cards were outdated. <br> <br> Eventually I was helped with this and left the bank after closing. <br> Please rectify these problems asap so that your Heidelburg branch can be better<br> <br> Regards <br> Colleen Botha
