CASH SEND VOUCHER - REDEEMED

I am trying to sort out a cash send that was done to myself on Saturday, and it is showing that it was redeemed yesterday, I did not redeem the voucher, I have been trying to phone the ***** line and they have putting me through to various people that could not help me! The last call they put me on hold for 36min57seconds! I need to know what is going on and where did the money go as not one of the consultants could assist me! ***
