Cash Deposit at ATM

I deposited funds at an ATM after 6pm 03/10/2017. I got my onto banking profile later at night and funds are reflecting. I decide to make payment to a beneficiary in the morning as I want to utilize the pay and clear facility. To my surprise funds are no longer available and call center tells me they will only reflect after 12pm. As a business that is supposed to "make things happen" they are actually not. The cash deposit facility is supposed to allow after hours transactions and the bank has failed me. I am a new customer and I am beyond disappointed with the bank. I had an urgent payment to make and I may incur penalties as I wait for the bank to clear funds deposited in cash at an ATM. NEDBANK you are not easy to do business with and I suggest you withdraw the cash deposit system until you are ready to go live. You are being very ridiculous with this system as it makes you believe that you can transact after hours when in fact not.
