Cash Deposit at a Nedbank ATM

I deposited cash into my Nedbank account. The funds are NOT showing and my account is at a minus, i had the same problem last month and they said it was clearance issue and they later chared me a fee for their own fault. I did not question the fee but now this has happed again this month. I am not sure how to deal with Nedbank. If you cannot facilitate ATM deposits then please take the functionality away.
