CASH BACK ON HOME LOAN NOT PAID

We app**** for a home loan in September 2022, it was a joint bond. My partner has always been a NEDBANK client and as a results the whole application came with 1% Cash Back upon approval and 50% off on attorney bond registration fee.

We did receive the 50% off on the bond registration fee, however we have not received the cash back with amounted to R12500, according the the property value then.

We spoke to one of the Bank Agent shortly after we moved in the property and she assured us that the cash back will be paid after the 1st debit order was deducted.

We have since been trying to get hold of Nedbank Home Loans, if we do get hold of an agent-we get disconnected. We also have a reference number which we never got any feedback on.
