CASH BACK ****

I was called by a Nedbank agent who did the normal security checks and new who I was and all my information. They offered me R 200.00 cashback every month for the duration of my contracts on each of my 3 vehicle finance accounts with MFC if I changed my debit orders to Nedbank. I was further promised a once of payment of R 1,000.00 if I switched my salary to my Nedbank cheque account. I proceeded to do this and received all the confirmation sms’s from Nedbank. Now I try to contact Nedbank and nobody knows anything about it. Is Nedbank running ****s now to get customers. I demand an explanation.
