***** case dismissed

Absolutely the worst bank, with so many options please dont choose Nebank. My parents had ***** at an ATM and there whole monthly pension was ******. They struggle every month to make it through and then get ****** at an ATM. Nedbanks was so unwilling to help and the response letter to say they won't be reimbursed was blatantly rude. I had the exact same thing happen to me at an ATM in June last year and my bank fully reimbursed me. Disgusting that my 71 year only parents won't even be considered as the victims they were. WORST BANK IN SA
