***** case

There was a ***** happening on my account of NEDBANK and I reported it immediately, someone brought from Takealot with my account details but my card was with me I only got and SMS with money out and they said I must wait 6weeks for the investigation only to find that the feedback saying I will not get my money back because the ***** that was happening it's only me who has my card information, were can I report this incident because I didn't but anything from Takealot recently.
