Careful Nedbank *****s money

Nedbank changed a savings pocket account into a current account without my consent or informing me. I am not a regular client, so I made a pay-as-you-use account so I can access my home loan should I need to, and they gave me a savings pocket that I added some money to. Then they changed it to a current account, which depleted my savings. Now I need to pay monthly and I cannot cancel it. Every time I try, there are system errors or something. I feel this is theft.
