Cards Not received on time, received without a pin,card declining withdraw

I am sick and tired of your slow service, courier Not delivering on time, being sent from pillar to post By your inexperience consultant while am paying fees monthly. I Fortunate Nokubonga Ntetha id no *** I have One active platinum account active with nedbank I lost my debit card I was Left with American express that gives me stress now then of being declined in most retail shops. I ordered a New Platinum Debit in October through App I've never received that card till todate.

Torwards the end of October I opened the nedbank 4me account for myson all 3kids were linked to my profile Not his account ???? I've question this several times Why his account was not linked but card's online no answers I was told this Will be resolved until I received all 3kids for the same nedbank4me account. I've tried several times to order my own platinum Debit card I requested Face 2 Face and Branch collection after a decade not receiving the cards I call the call center I was told they at the branch I went for collection in durban but the we're no cards after a whole 4 hour's in Victoria street Durban branch.i return back Home I called nedbank following day questioning whereabts of my cards I was told that's they are in distribution center in an hour a courier called Me to deliver I received 2 card's of the same account One without a pin 💔.I went to Suncoast restaurant in durban I swipe with the one with pin it went through then I go to an ATM same pin was invalid it swallowed By the machine.how come ? I ordered the card immediately I haven't received it .

I call to asked what should I do with the one without a pin I was told to visit a branch for activation as it Not even showing or disply in my cards on app I refuse to go there due to bad experience I had last Time I went there's , what was The point to request face to face if I still need to go to The branch.

It over 2weeks since I've ordered New card but no signs of receiving it.the American express I was Left with for withdrawals it declining even ATM withdrawals yesterday for over 5hours changing bank's and ques card withdrawal n swipe unsuccessful without relevant or valid reasons when I checked on my App it no longer showing there Why this platinum American express not working I am sick n tired of this bank now if you can't help me close All My account without your stupid app as so far your are Not delivering but I pay monthly service fee without card's.
