Cards not being issued

Your East Rand Mall branch has not been able to issue my cards to me.<br> I have been trying since last week. They have now expired - I can't buy anything. It is embarrassing to ask people for money to buy food and petrol.<br> Why can't the cards to be sent to another branch? Why can't they make a plan?<br> It is a lot easier to just change to another bank, as I'll be able to get my bank cards immediately.<br> Please make a plan for your other customers. <br>
