Cards not active after 11 days

I was convinced to open a Nedbank account since my homeloan was approved with Nedbank. They gave me forms to send to my employer. I have cards in my possession and they aren't activated. I am now todl that I didn't submit FICA documents, even though they were submitted. Now I am sitting with useless cards and my employer is going to transfer my salary to an inactive account. Experiencing incompetence on my first month. I have visited branches 3 times in the last 5 days.

Despite numerous branch visits and calls from Nedbank staff, my issue is still not fixed to my satisfaction. I went to the branch to register for an Internet banking profile. I can login to Internet and but still can't use the app. A mobile app is a dealbreaker for me. That's where 90% of my transactions happens. I can't even be able to transact on my Internet banking profile. I am being told that I need to go to the branch once again. This will be the 6th time I am going to the branch. I have given up on Nedbank. At this moment, I just need to find a way to move my salary from Nedbank account and continue using Capitec.
