Cards n account froze

I have opened my account 2 months ago as a professional banker

I first had issues with me not having access to the slow lounge as this was explained incorrectly to mewhich left me embarrased at the airport

My account is now freezed as i was randomly chosen for fica update with no notification

Only when i had no access to my accounts did i query n find out that i need to do a fica. Thats utter nonsense as my account is only 2.months old and secondly i was not notofied of a fica requirements but mu accounts are frozen until this is done

I regret opening this account n want this rectified immediately.

Disappointed n frsutrated customer with no access to funds.
