Cards Disappeared At the Branch

My cards were sent to the wrong branch "Southdale" and I live in Midrand and work in Centurion. Spoke to someone on the 25th of August for my cards to be redirected to Centurion Mall. I have not received an sms to date. Decided to call and I was told they were routed to The Reeds due to renovations at Centurion Branch. Now I'm at The Reeds and I'm told they at Centurion Mall. I'm using fuel to drive around and wasting my time. My cards are somewhere hanging and no one can allocate them.

Maybe it's a sign to move on. 🤔 I'm disappointed
