Cardless Withdrawal - Useless

Careful Using Nedbank Cardless Withdrawal, i got sent money went to atm and it said already used. Called Nedbank and they are investigating but now i sit without R2500 while they do it. The service is no good at all, rather go to FNB and use Ewallet. Never any issues with FNB.
