Cardless withdrawal

Good day, I received a cashsend from one of my clients, the atm outside Carlton center in Johannesburg, has a default, I couldn't get help in the atm, neither does the person that sent it to me believes that there's a faulty. Please assist in this because I need to restock for my business and every cent counts at this point.
