Cardless service nightmare

Thank u Nedbank for the new send iMali cardless service. However withdrawing the money yoh! Its cumbersome and definitely user nightmare. I am n academic in IT, however it took me more than 10 minutes just to withdraw cardlessly. Its painful experience. I feel for novice users. Kindly get ur developers to refine the interface so it can be easy to use n joyful user experience.
