Card was cloned

Inwas sitting in my house watching rugby when a sms came thru for money being drawn in jhb when i was in bfn, i immediatly phone nedbank and stop the card. The card that was used was reported lost in november 2014. Then the card was used with my new pin code that i changed after the card was missing. Nedbank said that my pin was used to withdraw the money and that they are not responsable. I have a question how does any ******** clone your card and withdraw money if they do not have your pin. Pls explain this. If the dont have your pin what is the point of them cloning your card. Nedbank did not even loock at the video footage the just said that my pin was used and the case is closed. It was round about R10 000 apparently its not alot of money to them.
