Card Transactions Double Billed

I woke up to a shock of having my transactions having had been double billed by the system for transactions that were done on the 8th of September 2020 and the available balance mysteriously nosedived,even airtime topups i did on the 8th have been double billed as well and now im at their mercy as im told they are investigating and if i want i should contact the merchants regarding the error and to make matters worse the error has no even estimated time of being fixed and so in the mean time that means my business is critically affected whilst theirs is flourishing im severely disappointed by Ned bank
