Card suspended Bela ***** I know nothing about.

My bank card was suspended because of a suspicious ***** , apparently there was money in my bank account that was deposited, so they froze it and asked me if I know I about it and I said no, I was asked to submit affidavit and signatures and my IDENTIFICATION. I did that, mind you that was 2020. Till today I haven’t got help, I went to the branch and they told me to send those again but still nothing. I don’t have a bank account and I can’t open another bank account at another bank because of Nedbank .😭😭😭😭I am so ****ed I hate this bank(George branch)
