Card supposedly ordered in 14 Dec...not delivered as yet.

On 14 December, picked up a ********** transaction on my card. Reported it. Was informed card is blocked and new card was ordered with delivery in 3 days. Still waiting for the card. Called thrice now and each time Nedbank says no record of card being ordered and the re-order another one. This is frustrating and a ***** opportunity waiting to happen. Very pathetic service as I have not received a call back from the complaints dept...so I have to resort to this as a communication mechanism.
